Client Side Insight - Research




Consumer insight roles on the client-side focus on the actioning of research recommendations across industries: FMCG’s, Retailers, Media Owners, Telecoms, Financial, Professional Services, etc.

Client-side roles require a thorough knowledge of ad hoc research methodologies (sometimes both quantitative and qualitative) but key to these roles is the application of insights in order to achieve business strategies. Commercial understanding is essential, as is stakeholder management and explanation of findings of research in “lay terms”.

These roles often require a ‘hands on’ approach, so expertise in areas such as Ad & Brand tracking, U&A studies, Concept & Product testing, Questionnaire design, NPD, Focus Group Moderation, In-depth interviews,  as well as innovation studies and planning is are usually necessary.
