What's this all about?
Collaborate with the commercial team for a rapidly- growing, global fintech company, that is utilizing cutting-edge data science to deliver new and unconventional methods in credit scoring.
As a key member of the commercial team, You are a tech-savvy professional, possessing the ability to explain technical details and requirements to non-technical audiences. You would be a results-driven, providing technical product and business knowledge to support the sales process and develop and strengthen client relationships.
What will you be doing:
- Onboard and launch new clients, promoting the full value of using the company's products and services.
- Evangelize best practices and function as the frontline for technical resources and customer inquiries.
- Effectively and regularly managing client expectations, leading them to optimal customer satisfaction across all fronts.
- Analyse and assess the outcomes of the company's product postcampaign, presenting results to partners and working with them to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Scope out opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- Work with both the product/engineer team and clients to ensure top-level experience. Assist with client's priorities for products by understanding the customer's needs and ensuring any changes are optimized.
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a client servicing role, preferably within a fintech organisation or web/mobile based business.
- Experience servicing multiple stakeholders and projects, preferably within the financial sector.
- Solid technical understanding and handson experience with digital technologies.
- Should be open to working flexible working hours.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Explore the world while you work!
- Experience and sound understanding of interfacing with UX/IU design is a bonus.
