Our client is a global sporting goods retailer expanding their teams in Asia with rapid growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, and as their right-hand person, you would lead the data and e-Commerce team which includes online merchandising, CRM, paid traffic, social media, analytics and data scientists. You would partner with the team to successfully deliver E-Commerce projects, define and sequence project tasks, develop schedules and work with internal and external stakeholders to set and track and make improvements as necessary. You should understand e-commerce operations and profitability / variable cost and be able to analyze and optimize processes.
You would need to have a good level of maturity, take initiative and have good communication skills in English and Cantonese and be able to lead a small team. A good sense of numbers and being analytical would be important to understand costs and be able to quantify. You must also love sports / physical activity of some kind to fit with the strong sports culture.
