As a Business Analyst, you will gather users' needs, translate it into IT terms and deal with vendors. Your first few projects will be about CRM and ERP systems. Mastering your job, you will even predict / anticipate users' needs! Being assigned to the local business, you will mainly liaise with Cantonese speakers.
What you will need to be successful:
- 4 to 7 years experience as an IT BA
- No coding skills but solid tech savvy
- ERP systems knowledge - ideally payment platform (WeChat, AliPay, etc...) knowledge
- Vendor Management experience would be a big plus
- Outstanding communication skills - ability to anticipate users' needs
- Excellent English and Cantonese are a MUST
