We are looking for a dedicated IT helpdesk support, to come and join the IT team of one of our clients, a leading Construction firm with business across all Asia.
You will report directly to the IT Manager and be responsible for answering support calls, qualifying tickets within the support ticketing system and completing a range of activities in support of the company systems.
What you'll do?
- Provide 1st line support for all IS users via the IS Service Desk
- Provide 1st line support/desk-side support to users in Hong Kong
- Installation of Desktops and Laptops as required
- Fault fix for all IS hardware as required
What you will need to be successful?
- 2-5 years experience in IT and desktop support
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both English and Cantonese)
- Experience in MS server, IP networks - IT security awareness would be ideal
