Our Business Partner, a global property management company with regional headquarters in HK, is looking for an IT Service Manager.

 Responsibilities
  •          Manage the Regional IT Service Management team
  •          Formulate and maintain IT Procedures and Policies
  •          Create, implement and manage IT processes in order to facilitate consistent service and quality
  •          Drive and maintain IT Service Catalog and Service Level
  •          Develop KPI and Metrics reporting for continuous service improvement
  •          Assist with Major Incident Management coordination and communication to senior stakeholders
  •          Manage and track IT Risks and Controls

Skills & Experience

  •          Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
  •          Minimum 8 years IT experience in Operational Support, of which 3 years in a team lead or managerial role
  •          Good knowledge and understanding of IT Governance, Compliance and Risk Control
  •          ITIL Certification and ServiceNow experience are MUST
