Our Business Partner, a global property management company with regional headquarters in HK, is looking for an IT Service Manager.

- Manage the Regional IT Service Management team
- Formulate and maintain IT Procedures and Policies
- Create, implement and manage IT processes in order to facilitate consistent service and quality
- Drive and maintain IT Service Catalog and Service Level
- Develop KPI and Metrics reporting for continuous service improvement
- Assist with Major Incident Management coordination and communication to senior stakeholders
- Manage and track IT Risks and Controls
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar
- Minimum 8 years IT experience in Operational Support, of which 3 years in a team lead or managerial role
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT Governance, Compliance and Risk Control
- ITIL Certification and ServiceNow experience are MUST
